Huge country

Russia is the largest country by area and goes from Eastern Europe to the Pacific. It has eleven time zones and lots of different land, tundra, taiga, steppe, mountains and arctic coast.

The Ural Mountains are the usual line between Europe and Asia. Lake Baikal in Siberia is known for being very deep and holding a ton of fresh water.

Weather

Winters are harsh in a lot of places, but the country is so big the climate changes a lot from region to region.
